Guangxi Guogui Electric Co., Ltd. is the only specialized, comprehensive power enterprise in Nanning City. The company is a subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.
The company is a certified qualified supplier for the manufacture of high- and low-voltage switchgear and distribution equipment, as well as a construction contractor; it serves as a long-term designated partner for the maintenance and overhaul of high-voltage equipment with the Nanning Power Supply Bureau of Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd. and various local power supply companies across Guangxi; it is also a strategic partner of ABB (China) Co., Ltd. and a teaching and practice base for electrical automation at Guangxi University.
In November 2019, the company was awarded the Certificate of High-Tech Enterprise; in July 2021, it was recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” small and medium-sized enterprise by the Autonomous Region and was included in the third batch of National “Little Giant” enterprises specializing in such areas. was established in 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, the company is located in the Nanning Economic Development Zone of Guangxi Province. Nanning is situated in South China and southern Guangxi, at the intersection of the South China, Southwest China, and Southeast Asian economic circles. It serves as a pivotal hub for multi-regional cooperation, including Pan-Beibu Gulf Economic Cooperation, Greater Mekong Subregion Cooperation, and Pan-Pearl River Delta Cooperation, and is a frontier city for China’s opening-up and cooperation with ASEAN, the permanent host city of the China–ASEAN Expo, and an important gateway city for the organic alignment of China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

The company has been awarded the following qualifications and certifications: General Contracting Qualification for Power Transmission and Transformation Projects, Urban and Road Lighting Projects, and Municipal Public Works Projects, issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China; Installation, Maintenance, and Testing Licenses for Power Facilities, issued by the National Energy Administration of China; and the national mandatory CQC certification for complete sets of high- and low-voltage switchgear, packaged transformers, distribution boxes, charging piles, and other electrical equipment. In addition, the company has obtained ISO system certification and maintains comprehensive quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
The company’s principal business activities include:
Design, installation, and turnkey solutions for high- and low-voltage transmission and transformation projects as well as distribution installation projects;
Production of high- and low-voltage power equipment, as well as high-voltage testing, inspection, and operation & maintenance services for such equipment;
Overhaul various power transformers, high-voltage motors, and generators;
Possesses professional maintenance technicians capable of repairing, maintaining, and upgrading various power transformers, electric furnace transformers, as well as high- and low-voltage electric motors and generators, and undertaking motor energy-saving projects, among other services.
Providing one-stop, comprehensive solutions for electric vehicle charging piles and charging stations;
Possesses an in-house R&D and manufacturing division dedicated to the development and production of smart grid products, monitoring systems, and related solutions.
Providing technical training services for power construction and installation, as well as equipment manufacturing.

SERVICE COMMITMENT
We provide 24-hour fault reporting and repair services. Upon receipt of a fault report, our technicians will typically arrive on site within: 40 minutes in Nanning’s urban areas; 90 minutes in rural areas; and 2 hours in remote or hard-to-reach areas. We also assist customers with the installation application process.
The equipment shall be covered by warranty within the scope of the contract for one year from the date of commissioning. After one year of operation, a short-term or long-term maintenance contract shall be entered into, under which our qualified technical personnel will provide scheduled inspections, routine maintenance, and overhauls, as specified in the contract.
Timely registration, analysis, handling, and feedback shall be provided for all user communications, including letters, phone calls, and in-person visits, with continuous improvements to service quality based on user feedback. For construction projects undertaken by our company, post-completion customer follow-up surveys shall be conducted promptly, and proactive technical training and guidance shall be provided to relevant user personnel on operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.

The project quality shall be based on the construction and acceptance codes, standards, and design requirements issued by the state, and shall meet the qualified criteria for project quality inspection and evaluation as stipulated by the Ministry of Electric Power. The Contractor shall accept on-site supervision and inspection by the Employer.
Engineering Safety Commitment
During the construction process, our party shall strictly comply with the relevant regulations on safety management for power construction projects, assume the organizational, contractual, and supervisory responsibilities stipulated in the “Regulations on Work Safety,” diligently implement safety protection measures to prevent accidents, ensure safe and civilized construction, and bear all liability arising from accidents caused by violations of the “Regulations on Work Safety.”
