Smart high and low voltage switchgear is a new type of high and low voltage intelligent power distribution cabinet equipment developed by Guangxi Guogui Electric.This product has good internal component compatibility, high data timeliness and edge computing analysis capabilities. The new smart high and low voltage power distribution switchgear has a unified external information exchange interface, which can support direct access to the smart high and low voltage power distribution switchgear through the network and data viewing operations without the use of external industrial control software. It has a special data acquisition and processing device to realize the data collection of components with communication interfaces such as sensors, meters and circuit breakers installed in the switchgear of various types, manufacturers, and models, as well as the overall status perception of the power distribution switch gear. In addition, the smart high and low voltage switchgear can collect heterogeneous information of multiple types of sensors, comprehensively collect all energy data, and realize the intercon nection with the edge cloud and access to the cloud platform. This product can realize intelligent deployment, provide high-precision data for terminal energy monitoring; realize real-time upload of power distribution equipment information, provide power distribu tion, metering, and other services for customer equipment, with intelligent alarm, fault detection and analysis capabilities.

Edge computing operating environment support
Programmable analysis model
The working environment temperature switchgear supports the use of Typescript for programmable analysis model. Through the unified data call interface, it supports the acquisition of the data source and environment variable information set in the deployment state in the model, and can perform real-time data query and reading operations for the set data source, and pull multiple data sets for comprehensive analysis. This function provides good scalability support for smart
switchgear in different application scenarios for different customer needs, and can process and analyze all kinds of scattered and original component data in a unified way, and then convert them into unified switchgear status data.

The analysis model is written and deployed online
The smart switchgear is provided with an embedded network server, and the switchgear can be accessed in a local area network by using a web browser. The Web management interface of the switch gear is provided with the functions of online writing and deployment of an analysis model, so that the switchgear can independently analyze and process data without being connected to an external network or an upper system.

The data reading and control of various digital components in the switchgear are completed through the Modbus-RTU standard communication protocol. Based on the open network programmable inter - face of the smart switchgear, it supports the remote dynamic configuration of the digital components in the switchgear through the interface, which is conducive to the maintenance and replacement of the equipment after it is put into operation. Avoid the situation that some specific components can not be replaced and maintained due to the shutdown of production.
